Public World has worked with the global union federations for chemical, energy and mineworkers (ICEM) and metalworkers (IMF) to support their campaigns to extend labour rights and protection to “precariously” employed workers. more

For the government of Uganda, we evaluated the impact on employment and workers of its privatisation programme, focusing in particular on the beneficial outcomes for both employers and employees of dialogue between them. more

The International Labour Organisation commissioned us to study the impact of privatisation and restructuring of utility and public services on employment security, workers’ rights and access to electricity and water services. more

In partnership with the Cranfield University School of Management, Public World advised the European Federation of Public Service Unions about the impact of civil service reform on performance and career development. more
