OxfamGB commissioned us to analyse the positives and negatives of public management of basic services, with case studies of primary education in Tanzania and Mali and of health care in Mozambique and Yemen. more
The World Bank’s Social Development Department commissioned us to build on our studies of participatory democracy in the workplace and municipalities to show how to improve public service delivery in sustainable ways. more
We worked for South Africa’s Government of National Unity to develop a regulatory framework for public-private partnerships in municipal services based on improving quality and efficiency by involving civil society organisations. more
